its snowing and raining at the same time.. im sure that supposed to be a bad omen...
but ignoring that, yesterday i posted a topic in the thumbshare forum asking for unknown artists to ocme out the woodworks to be features, so here is my selection!
and im getting better, venting through my art, i am recovering, with your help, i am going to get over this

Sea and Sky?
Ok, so not the most poetic contest title ever, but I didn’t want to over complicate things and confuse people!
So it basically is, use any image from any of my stock that relate to either the sea, the sky, or both! Dead simple
So what count as ‘sea and sky’ you say? Well whatever you can make count basically! I’m not going to be picky! If you can explain a link, then it counts.
(But here are some ideas incase you want a proper starting point!
)Sky – birds, bats, bugs, fairies, dragons ( pretty much all flying creatures! - remember they dont have to be the main focus of the piece, another character can be interacting with them, like an elf reaching out to a bird, a girl being visited by fairies etc etc ) gods and goddess, clouds, stars and planets, angels, vampires, the heavens, storms, the sun, the moon…
Sea – mermaids, sunken cities, ocean queens, wicked sea witches, pirates, marine life, underwater caverns, water gods and goddesses, the shore line, aquatic spirits, waves, rock pools and beaches, fish, divers, shells, sea serpents, ship wrecks, fishing and coastal life, …
Remember actually ‘sea’ or ‘sky’ doesn’t have to feature in your work, they can just be apart of the concept. Like someone reading a story about the sea, or a mermaid been far from home and dreaming of the ocean, or perhaps a fallen angel wishing she was back amongst the clouds.. etc etc,,,
I’m sure you can think of lots more ideas but please don’t be put off using any I’ve listed here, you wont be discredited! in fact d be flattered that you thought my ideas were any good! lol

it's cool that you're into the fair trade stuff, i've been trying to for some time.
i mainly wear fair trade cotton, stuff that is non-sweatshop too.
i am going to look into getting some fair trade hot chocolate regularly from this coffee shop in town.
it's easier just to boycott nestle in the first place.. they're not going to change their ways easily. i find that the more exotic chocolates and coffees have a much more raw, less refined taste.
much more enjoyable.. even though i'm startingto sound like an advert.
