this is the start of a large painting im doing, well, large for me, bearing in mind iv never stretched more than A3 before....
... this is also my first attempt at some serious painting in acrylics too. i messed around with them on worry but that was more pushing the paint around the page opposed to setting out to create a piece of art.

the character you can see here is the white rabbit. im working from a photo i took of my friend as part of a twisted wonderland photo shoot for a school art project. i tried to make my wonderland almost gothic and surreal, portraying the main aspects of the characters through their make-up.
the canvas is thin and im building up clock all around the rabbits (there will be another one painted above it)... hopefully it will work out ok..

..its trying to express the urgency of time n stuff....
im late.... im late......
