one last trip to Scotland before I move stateside :heart:

This is Aonach Dubh, or Black Ridge in the Scottish highlands, lying just south of Glen Coe.

picture details
Captured late in the day, the warmth in the scene was further enhance by putting my cameras white balence on 'flash' rather than auto
Details and depth in the sky was maintained by using a Cokin ND grad filter
Canon 40d with Sigma 10-20 lens :heart:


I won't be returning here for a very long time, so I hope you enjoy this final look at Scotland with me :)

Beautiful, I just love how the sky is dark and angry. It's a perfect contrast to the rest of the image.
